There is always a possibility of items breaking through use and accidents happen. Max of 1 time replacement

• To request a replacement

1. a photo of the damaged item,

2. How the item was damaged, 

3. Largest portion of the Paddle, needs to be returned.

• Items can be returned to the store ~ If their store policies allow it. 

​

We cannot guarantee that items will be the same color, as we are constantly innovating our products and discontinuing items without warning.

We may also elect to only offer a refund in some cases. refunds are VIA paypal or Square readers.

No E-Transfer of refunds are permitted .
